Chilli Pepper can take care of your catering needs. We offer a range of menus and wherever possible use local produce. Stuffing, bread rolls and apple sauce is supplied as standard with the English hog roast.

Chilli Pepper also specializes in the more exotic! so instead of the traditional English Hog Roast why not theme your evening and choose a Thai, French or Italian Menu?

Vegetarian options can be provided by special requests. We also have a Victorian style oven that can be hired if you want a potato dish to be served with your roast.

Italian

The delicious Porchetta with rosemary, thyme, sage, fennel, garlic, olive oil, sea salt, black pepper and honey.

French

With rosemary, garlic, sea salt, black pepper all flamed in calvados.

Thai

Cooked with honey, dark soy sauce, lemongrass, cumin, coriander and chilli.

What Will It cost?

Our prices are competitive. We can supply a complete package for between 50 - 350 people, to make your event run smoothly. As everyone's requirements and budgets are different, we aim to work with you , to come up with your ideal menu and quote accordingly.

How It Works

Chilli Pepper provide a complete service. We arrive on site with the equipment necessary to produce a perfectly cooked pig. The skin is scored to ensure plenty of crispy crackling. The cooked meat is freshly carved and served. Afterwards everything is cleared away leaving everyone free to enjoy themselves.
