The Grafter

Got the date, got the venue, and have an idea about what you want? Now you just need someone to make it happen. The Grafter picks up where you have left off and takes the load off. Includes:

- An initial meeting to be briefed on your plans

- Sourcing of suppliers that you don't already have
- Invitation and guest list management
- Rehearsal attendance (if required)
- 'Make My Day' package (below)
- The co-ordination of all other activities to allow you to enjoy the happiest day of your lives.

The Finishing Touch

Wedding just around the corner? Not enough hours in the day? This package is for those who have organised their day but just need a helping hand with a month, or less, to go. Includes:

- An initial meeting to be briefed on your plans
- Constant phone access
- To do lists and last minute checking
- Confirming and co-ordinating all suppliers
- Running errands, e.g. collecting goods
- Confirming numbers for the day
- Rehearsal attendance (if required)
- 'Make My Day' package (below)
- The co-ordination of all other activities to allow you to enjoy the happiest day of your lives

Make My Day

We will be there on the day of your wedding to make sure everything runs smoothly and all you have to worry about is having a good time.

Includes:
- Meeting a couple of weeks before wedding
- Constant phone access for you to pass on new information
- Producing and agreeing an itinerary for the day.
- Contacting all your suppliers to make sure that everything is proceeding as planned
- Meeting and greeting suppliers on the day and ensuring they set up correctly
- Settling supplier accounts on the day
- Managing anything that arises through out the day
- Ensuring the venue is set up us expected
- Being on hand for any of your needs
- Making sure everyone is in the right place at the right time
- Taking back suits the next day*

Mini Wedding Planner

Book this * hour one-to-one consultation to talk through all your wedding ideas, make sure you're on the right track or talk through any areas causing you concern. These sessions can be booked at any time during the build up to your wedding, from right at the beginning when you need a hand clarify your ideas and finding suppliers, to just before your wedding day to make sure that all your basis are covered.

This package consists of a * hour consultation preceded by an e-mail / phone conversation to find out areas you want covered. You will leave with appropriate checklists and / or recommendations and ideas that suit your specific needs.

Bridal Bat-phone©

Every bride needs a friend at the end of the phone to guide them through the planning process and all the unforeseen bumps that occur along the way. The Bridal Bat-phone is a scheduled ** min phone conversation at a time that suits you to go through anything that's on your mind and come up with solutions that will work for you.

Cost: from £** a month

A Helping Hand:

If you're running out of time, struggling to find the item that you need or just want to spend more time on the fun stuff, then this is for you. Task us investigating / managing a particular part of your wedding preparations and you'll only be charged by the hour.

Examples: Invite and guest list management, finding a particular supplier / service, arranging your honeymoon, anything you need help with.
