Indian traditions in a modern world. My new business venture specialises in home cooked food, delivered to the clients the delicious dishes. Apart from using traditional cooking methods, I also blend my own spices to bring every dish to life. So what's my secret?

I believe that it is all in striking the right balance between making the most of the many opportunities that our high tech environment offer and using old and well tested methods of cooking and entertaining friends in a relaxed atmosphere.
