Hillstreet Bistro restaurant has been established since **** well situated in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town. Our restaurant has built up a reputation of quality fresh food at a reasonable price with customer service highly recommended.

In **** some of our customers suggested that we branch out and cater for offices. We quickly established a very good repertoire within the new town area and have since been catering for weddings, sports mans dinners, burns suppers, funerals, anniversaries, birthday parties, barbeques, school pack lunches and many more through word of mouth.

Due to our continued success we have had to set up our sister company Lamberton Catering Ltd. It operates from our restaurant the Hillstreet Bistro. We have gained an extensive knowledge and experience within the catering industry and are a family run business. We cover all areas of Scotland.

Our enthusiastic team share a passion for quality food at reasonable prices and will work to any special requirements.

Corporate Catering:

We specialise in events catering from ** to **** or just small office lunches from business meetings to staff parties. We can also offer a full bar facility.

Weddings:

We offer the full service from canapés, sit down meal, buffets, barbeque, drinks on arrival, toasting drinks, wine on the table and our bar offers a full range of drinks including draft beer, cocktails and light snacks.
