Welcome to Lucy Bennett Bridalwear and Fashion. Lucy creates handmade bridesmaid dresses in Worthing, bespoke bridal gowns in West Sussex tailored for the individual bride. She is also happy to design and make bridesmaid dresses, wraps, accessories, grooms waistcoats, cravats and ties all fitting in with the brides colourways.

Lucy works from her own studio at home where client can come to a relaxed and personal place for consultations and fittings. She works very closely with her customers, listening to their ideas and advising on styling and fabrics.

She loves to create a 'one off' dress to suit the individual customer, giving them the dress of their dreams for their special day. Bespoke bridal gowns are designed and made to order from £***. Lucy also considers corsettry a specialty. She has hundreds of fabrics to choose from and has beadwork and applique designs available.

Lucy has worked in fashion since **** when she graduated from St Martins in London. She has gained extensive experience in womenswear from designing for high street stores such as Miss Selfridge and Top Shop to designing costumes for Kubrik operas in Holland Park. She has also designed costumes for Shakespeare productions at the Globe, styled costumes for television, including 'Mr Bean'.

Lucy has been designing bridalwear for ** years for the individual customer as well as shops including the 'O Zone' in Brighton. A portfolio of work is available.
