I will:

Receive and direct your guests and arrange the receiving line. Take care of the receipt of cards and gifts. Advise on the top table and matters of protocol.

Make arrangements for the entrance of the happy couple and announce or say grace.

Liaise with caterers to ensure the smooth running of catering arrangements and organise the cutting of the cake.

Liaise with the photographer and video operator and will ensure that entertainers run to schedule.

Also advise and undertake any other special requirements you may have.

I am also available for Dinners, Luncheons, Masonic Ladies Festivals and other special occasions...
