Neil began learning the piano when he was six years old. After twelve years of formal classical training he went to Leeds College of Music and studied jazz, contemporary & popular music. He then gained his Masters degree in composition for film and television at Bournemouth University.

Neil has extensive experience playing with orchestras and bands, as well as for weddings and top hotels. He has directed musicals and travelled internationally performing live.

As a member of a successful band, his debut album has been released in several countries around the world. His second album is due for release later this year. As a composer, he has written for cinema, television and radio.

Neil can play to a wide audience and is comfortable performing everything from classical music through to contemporary popular and easy listening to jazz.

Neil recognises the importance of getting the details right. His wedding service offers consultations where he will meet with you and carefully establish a clear vision of your musical requirements. Neil has a special repertoire for the wedding ceremony, comprising mostly of classical music. If there is a special piece you would like to be played either during the ceremony or later on, that can be discussed and arranged during the consultations.
