Welcome to I Plan Events

Let me make your dreams come true by planning your event in Perth(shire), Scotland. Whether it be your Wedding, a Corporate Event or Private Function - my expertise and knowledge of suppliers and locations in Perth and the surrounding areas will provide you with a professionally organised event.

Not only will I be taking the pressure off you so you can relax and do the things you want but I will arrange your event to meet your needs and exceed your expectations, making it a special occasion for you and all your guests.

Let me introduce myself. My name is Denise and I am an indepent Event & Wedding Planner in Perth, Scotland. I have a Diploma in Event Management and Wedding Planning and have resided in Perth, Scotland for ** years so have a wealth of local knowledge and organised a number of personal events.

I am a dedicated Wedding and Event Coordinator. In every event I organise, I am passionate about delivering a quality and enjoyable experience, both for my client and the attendees.

You may ask yourself, "Why do I need a Wedding/Event Planner?" The answer is to give someone with experience and contacts within the area the responsibility of organising an event for you, allowing them to coordinate the event and use their expertise to provide ideas and advice while you relax and look forward to the results.

With my contacts within local venues and suppliers, I will be able to negotiate the best price for you without jeopardising the quality of service you receive.

My services include:

Unlimited emails and phone calls from day one of the contract.

Two meetings with the client, firstly to select suppliers for venue, catering, entertainment etc. Secondly, to discuss final arrangements.

Organising the following suppliers: venue, catering, decorations, cake, invitations - including coordinating RSVP's - ideal for that surprise party.

I can assist with sourcing costumes and props for Themed Parties and my service can include me being onsite an hour prior to the event to decorate the venue.

I can also assist with arranging transport and accommodation for guests.

Price for this service is dependent on requirements and will therefore be provided after initial consultation.

If you use my services to arrange an Engagement Party and then opt for one of my Wedding Packages, you will receive a **% discount from your chosen wedding package.
