Amelie Appleby spent her childhood playing with magic tricks and psychic board games, practicing her skills with her father and brother. Being "a bit spooky" runs in her family and goes back through her paternal grandmother. In 1990, Amelie started doing proper readings, first mastering the art of reading tarot cards and then learning the intricacies of palmistry and the crystal ball.

Very few people read the crystal ball at events, and Amelie is especially unique in that she can read the crystal ball, palms or tarot cards whilst mingling amongst your guests. This makes it possible to do fun, quick, mini-readings at drinks receptions, around dinner tables between courses, at parties, exhibitions and trade shows, or anywhere really.

All of Amelie's readings are upbeat and light-hearted, full of enthusiasm, integrity and good humour. The readings incorporate her intuitive psychic talents, professional therapeutic skills and theatrical training. She charismatically (and eerily!) describes the positive aspects of a person's character and potential, the circumstances in which they find themselves, and ideas for creating a successful future.

Amelie can mix and match her many talents based on guest preference or your specific guidance. Although Tarot, Palmistry and Crystal Ball readings are what she is asked to do most, she also uses Angel Cards and affirmation cards, and can do face readings, lipstick readings, sand readings, tea leaf readings, aura readings and psychometry (object readings). She can adapt her intuitive talents and entertainment experience to virtually anything you request.
