This may shock you but I am a Metallica fan, one of those heavy types. I look normal and dress like a regular human being, but deep inside there is a black and rhythmic person and my friends know my mp3's playlist has all their songs.

My hen party was unique. Can say it was a standard party that you go out to a night club, go to a beauty salon and pamper up or do a themed party with all my friends. On that night in 2008 I was supposed to picked up by one of my best friends, Lisa and ride in a hired limo for a few drinks after we pick up 4 other friends.
We did just that, but we didn't go out for drinks, the drinks were inside the limo!!! I didn't know it was in reality to have a limo hired with onboard drinks and my favourites.

The limo stopped just outside the O2 arena and the chauffeur opened the door. I didn't quite understand what was going on. A security man (a huge guy) walked towards us and handed me 6 VIP access cards for the Metallica concert inside the O2 in about 1 hour. I almost fell off my feet. My friends were looking at me and then Lisa said: " do you think you are the only one who loves Metallica?"

We followed the security man and got backstage access to see the band members. James, Kirk, Lars and Robert greeted us and we had a few photos taken. They concert was cool and I couldn't have a better gift from my best friends: a Metallica hen party.
