Johnathan and I met our senior year in high school. At first glance, we both knew that there was an attraction; however, we both were involved with other people. We flirted with one another the whole year and had a wonderful friendship. On graduation night, we didn't say goodbye to one another and we went our separate ways.

It was at our 10 year class reunion that we were reunited. Even after 10 years of not keeping in touch, it was as if we'd never missed a beat.
The entire night of the reunion, we laugh and talked like old times. We didn't even want to say goodbye that night. We exchanged numbers and officially began dating 1 month later.
It was 1 month after we began dating that we were at my parents' home for dinner.

After desert had been served, he got up and got down on one knee. My heart began to beat so fast that I thought I would pass out! My entire family looked as I just sat there with a mouth full of caramel cake! After what seemed like several minutes, I said yes!
