This past March I was photographing a wedding for a lovely couple in a large Baptist church.

I was in the balcony getting a shot of the candle lighting when I noticed through the lens that the couple grinning and giggling at each other. I thought to myself “I’m glad this couple is enjoying the ceremony – most are too nervous.”

As it turns out, the bride had purchased a very “special” undergarment for the wedding night. The stitching had come loose on one side, and the special item was dangling around her ankle. Luckily, the maid of honor was able to discretely take care of the item during an adjustment of the train and all was well!
