Get Together Event planned for March 6th 2010 in Wrangway

Hello, i am not sure if you do cater for this sort of thing, we lost our daughter back in aug 2008, it would be her 2nd birthday this sat and have arranged for a small get together at Lexie-eva grave sidewhich is in the wellington cemetry, we are letting some lantens off and thought having a harp play as they are let off would be so perfect for her. It will only be for 15 min or so as the meet up time is 5pm and it is out side to let off some lantines. If you could let me know if you have anyone who would be able to do this for us we would be so greatful. Also how much will it be thank you so much really hope you can fit us in for 15min just seen u do butterfly release which would be perfect too as her symbol is butterflys how much would it be for butterfly release also?
