Costume Help

I am e-mailing to enquire about having a costume made.
It is my 20th soon and for months i have been trying to get or get made a jareth the goblin king costume. He is from a movie called Labyrinth.

I really want this costume but what the main problem is i want to buy it not rent it, as i want to keep it, as i will only be having one 20th and it would be an amazing memento.

I do not care about the price as it is a once in a lifetime sort of thing.
I would really be grateful if you could do this or help me with this.
