Sugar Sculpures Wanted

I am looking to get costs to provide sugar sculptures ( or chocolate , but whatever able to be eaten) for an event in London in May. Sculptures to be positioned in the middle of dining tables ( size approx. 600 mm long x 150mm wide x 350mm high ) and in the shape of a mechanical road digging machine.
