Wedding

I am planning to have my wedding in June 2008. I am thinking of having around 150-170 guests. My budget is $3500. I would like it to be an elegant, but inexpensive affair. My preference for location is anywhere in the NY area(i.e., Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island and etc) A few places of suggestions would be helpful. To help minimize costs we`re even considering on having the wedding ceremony (preferably outdoors) within the same vicinity of the reception if at all possible. Thanks for all your help..
