Sweet Sixteen
My daughter`s sweet sixteen is of February of 2006. I really like for her to have a party of her dream but my budget is very low. How can I make her party be unforgetable without spending too much.

You are on a budget the same way my mother is just get the ideas that your daughter wants and see if you can put it together and you can see what you can do for her that will help her have a good time at her party
