Stag Party planned for Jul 6th 2012 in Birkenhead, England

If possible to hire a dwarf for the day. Would be going to haydock races and want the dwarf to dress up as a jockey and be handcuffed to the stag. The staff will be in a horses costume. Would this be possible ends what kind of cost would this entail? Thanks
