Party Time (Leicester) Ltd was incorporated in 2003. We are a family run business based in the heart of Leicester, specialists in helium balloon decorations. Although Party Time is a relatively new venture, we have been established in this field for more than 10 years. Our aim is to provide our clients with service, quality and customer satisfaction for that special day in their life. We offer a very wide range of balloon decorations for every budget, from single balloons to dance floor canopies, twisted arches and corporate events.

Our first retail shop opened on Melton Road in leicester due to success of this store we launched our second shop in the heart of Loughborough with the added bonus of a first floor showroom and sales counter for all your fancy dress requirements.

For weddings we can cater for all your needs for the special day from fresh flowers, table dressing, stage decorations, mandap decoration, limousine hire to catering. We hire out vases and other party decoration ornaments, we can provide helium gas cylinders and can also assist you in venue selection in and around the county of Leicestershire.
