His thorough knowledge of etiquette and meticulous attention to detail, with diplomatic organisation on the day, will ensure the event runs smoothly. Looking immaculate, Peter will add ‘presence’ and, whilst following protocol, his warm and friendly manner will help create the right atmosphere.

He will meet you to agree plans well in advance, confirm details in writing, and remain available at any time to review and adjust your requirements.

Peter will be honoured to officiate at weddings, civil partnerships, royal and civic occasions, corporate functions, dinners, charity balls, Bar Mitzvahs and Bat Mitzvahs, Masonic Ladies Festivals, lunches and any occasion requiring the knowledge and expertise of a Toastmaster or Master of Ceremonies.

Having recently been involved in the planning for his own daughter’s wedding, Peter is very aware that it is so important for everything to be just right.

A caring professional toastmaster and wedding master of ceremonies will make sure that your wedding celebrations run smoothly. This means that the bride and bridegroom, host and hostess, and guests are free to relax and enjoy the day with confidence.

Peter is happy to meet you well before the day to discuss your event in detail, offering advice on wedding etiquette if required. He will then confirm plans in writing but will remain available to fine tune them until you are happy they meet your requirements. As an experienced public speaker, he would even be pleased to assist you in preparing your wedding speech.

On the day Peter will be there well in advance, liaising with all concerned, to ensure that your day is well co-ordinated and passes successfully in an atmosphere of warm and friendly formality, and your celebrations are conducted as you have decided.

In addition to traditional British weddings Peter is available for Civil Partnerships, and for Jewish, Sikh, Hindu, Islamic, Greek, Caribbean and Chinese weddings.

Some formal events require absolute conformity with traditional etiquette, adhering to correct precedence and the correct use of titles, honours and awards. Peter has an immaculate and authoritative presence and displays the dignity and discretion necessary for such events. He will ensure that the correct protocol is maintained and, if required, will advise guests about what is required of them.

For the less formal event the traditional toastmaster’s role becomes that of a link-man to liaise with organisers, banqueting manager and entertainers. Peter will maintain an atmosphere of warm and friendly formality so that the event runs smoothly and that the guests are able to relax and enjoy the occasion.
