Do you have the license? |
The day before our wedding, my husband and I had some last minute errands to run before our big event. One of the errands included picking up our license. Well, we both showed up for our rehearsal at our church and our priest asked us for the license – we both looked at each other and just knew neither of us had the license.
We ended up having a “mock” ceremony on our wedding day but were not legally married until the next business day. Now neither of us can forget our anniversary because we have 2 different ones – “mock” and “legal”. |
