Brendan, I went to school in Scotland with Ewan McGregor and he has hundreds of freckles - don't even think of getting rid of them, imagine if it didn't work out and you ended up with scarring. I am a proud freckly too! Good luck and when you're accepting your first Oscar remember to thank those who told you to keep your freckles.

When editing movies and such they can use airbrush and blockout techniques so your freckles won't show. If they can do it for other actors, they certainly can do it for you.
