PLEASE HELP ME

I am a single mom trying to help a daughter pay for a wedding. Her dad vanished in 2004 and I just had to pay for her brother's college tution. I am not having good luck getting this done on a tight tight tight budget. Any ideas I would love some help. We live in the Charleston SC area.....
