I am thinking of using chocolate brown and pink as the colors for my wedding (Nov. 2005). Has anyone seen this before? Have you come across any pictures online? Any suggestions??
Hi, I live in Scotland UK and am getting married in May 06, getting very nervous about colours, I have to find kilts to go with Chocolate and pink as well for H2B!!! My dress is pale pink and the BMs are chocolate. We are having fuschia, rose and chocolate as the theme, it looks stunning but don't know what colour to go for for the men, what do you think grey would be like with it?.

Hey, everyone! I am still planning my pink and brown wedding for the end of July 2006. We are using personalized guitar pics in pink and brown, since my fiance is a musician. We are also using personalized M & Ms in pink and brown. They cannot personalize the brown M & Ms because they are too dark, but you can order bags of just brown M & Ms. You can also order personalized pink M & Ms, and they can put up to two phrases on the pink M & Ms. I think they are so cute. Hi fellow B&P brides! I got married in November of last year, for bridesmaids shoes, I chose gold. It pulled everything together and looked stunning. To incorporate the colors at the bar, we had "The Belle" which was a pink cosmo and the "Joe" (my hubby's name) which was his favorite, Dr. Pepper and Jamison, but Captain and Coke will work too. I had so much fun with the color scheme. I had absolutely gorgeous pink and brown wedding programs as well. They were really contemporary, not the usual you see. It was a chocolate brown book, that folded out. The pages were ivory with brown and pink ink. We got so many compliments on them, and we are now designing them on the side! If anyone is interested let me know.

My Pink and Brown wedding is May 20th.....I can't hardly wait.
For favors we are having a soap maker make our own fragranced soap (that we got to design). She even designed a lable that has our names on it! And the best part is the cost. She has a website ( annas-soaps.com ). I thought this was the perfect way to make the wedding favors unique. Who wants more candy or food....and who can afford anything else?
I love the colors together. That time of year the peonies are in bloom......what a perfect flower because it comes in so many shades of pink. I am thinking of wearing one in my hair too! I think it is the best for this time of year because it isn't hot, so brown is still a good seasonal color, but it is spring, so a little pink is good.
The colors remind me of chocolate cake with pink icing......they really are great colors together. I am glad there are lots more people into this.
