We live 2 hours away from the Huntsville, AL location. The employees have very little knowledge of the store. It took three phone calls to find out about alterations and if they carried size 5 shoes. It took two long distant calls to find out if two pairs of shoes had been shipped. When the shoes arrived late (three days before the wedding) one pair was the white, not ivory. That's OK, though-we can purchase another pair over the phone and pay another $12 for shipping. We would still be stuck with the wrong pair, however, because "the no return policy is printed clearly on their receipt." They said the best thing would be to drive the 2 hours and exchange them. Gee thanks!
