How about baby bingo? You make up a bingo sheet and make the center the "free space" with a baby themed picture. Then you have the guests scribble down what they think the mom-to-be will receive as gifts. The first few to get bingo win a little prize. This makes it fun for the guests watching lots and lots of presents being opened, and they won't lose interest. I have one I could email you.
