We are throwing a co-ed 13th birthday for our daughter, we are starting at the putt putt golf and going to glow bowling after since there just down the st. From each other. The boys will get picked up @ bowling. Then the girls all go back to our house for a camp-out sleep over. The thing is I'm haveing a hard time to pick a theme? Any Ideas???
You could just stick to a campout them for the sleepover. Have the girls pitch tents either inside or outside. You could make a fire either in an outdoor fire pit or a fireplace and make s'mores and tell scary stories, and of course funny ones too. You could play games like charades and have movies on hand. Chances are, your daughter and her friends will be tired from a long night of put put that they may just want to relax and not have organized activities. Here are some other themes for the sleepover.
Spa Night- Either hire a professional to help the girls learn to put on make up, or ask an older cousin, sibling or neighbor to help out. You could also go to the drug store and by things for manicures, pedicures and facial masks. They can watch a movie as well.
Project Runway- Give the girls various materials to make costumes and then have them model them. Give prizes for most creative, most likely to actualy wear, etc. This would be a fun event full of pictures!
Survivor- This sort of goes along with a campout theme. Just add some friendly competition such as relay races, and give each girl a colored bandana for her tribe.
