HELP ME!! I Dont Know What To Do For My 13th Birthday

HELP! i know alot of people ask this queston, but i need help. I want to spend the night at a hotel for my 13th birthday party, but my mom said its gonna be too expensive. I dont know what to do or where to go for my party, and i CANT have a sleep over... :'[ help me please.
