My 16th Birthday

I need help!!! i don't know what to do, it's my 16th birthday and i have no clue what do! i just moved to a new state and have no friends here yet, and everyone i want to come lives in my other state, but my mom wants to have my party out here at own new house, i dont know what to do to see my friends, HELP!!!
